I had the honor of serving as the Blaine City Council Representative on the Fogerty Arena Board of Directors for 18 years. One of our greatest accomplishments during this period was the creation of the Four Seasons Curling Arena. As the only year-round indoor curling facility at the time Four Seasons Curling Club in Fogerty Arena was named an official US Olympic training site, and was selected as the host site for the 2018 US Olympic team trials.
I am proud to have been part of this amazing project. It was a great addition to the community we have in Anoka County.
